    📄 Terms & Conditions

    Welcome to BRANDEDOVERSTOCK.COM. By placing an order through our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions which govern all wholesale transactions made via our website.

    1. Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value of €500 applies to all customers, regardless of country of origin.
    2. Pricing: All listed prices exclude VAT and shipping fees. Final invoices are calculated accordingly.
    3. Payment Terms: We only accept Bank Transfer as a payment method. Full payment must be made within 3 business days of receiving the invoice.
    4. Unauthorized Discounts: No discounts, rounding, or special prices are allowed unless pre-approved in writing by our management.
    5. Order Reservation: Products are reserved for 3 business days upon order placement. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after this period.
    6. Order Preparation: Orders are prepared and packed only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
    7. Shipping & Delivery: Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation via DPD, DHL, or UPS. Delivery time varies by country and carrier service levels.
    8. Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and added to the final invoice.
    9. Claims Window: All complaints or claims must be made within 3 calendar days of receipt of goods. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
    10. Returns: Returns are only accepted in cases of:
      • Factory defects or production issues,
      • Mismatch between ordered and delivered items.

      Return requests must be sent to [email protected] along with clear photographic evidence.

    11. Return Compensation: Approved returns are refunded via store credit (voucher) only. Cash refunds are not available.
    12. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for size, model, or color. All sales are final.
    13. VAT Application (Germany & EU): A 19% VAT applies to all customers within Germany or the EU who do not provide a valid VAT ID.
    14. VAT Exemption (EU): Orders from EU customers who provide a valid VAT ID (registered in the VIES system) are exempt from VAT.
    15. VAT Application (Non-EU): Orders from outside the EU are also subject to 19% VAT. All additional import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
    16. Pricing Rights: BRANDEDOVERSTOCK.COM reserves the right to update prices or modify offers without prior notice.
    17. Policy Changes: These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. The latest version is always available on this page.

    🔒 Additional Legal and Operational Clauses

    1. Product Descriptions and Images: Product visuals and descriptions are for reference only. Color and texture may vary slightly depending on device and lighting. These differences do not qualify as defects.
    2. Contract Formation: Submitting an order constitutes a purchase offer. A contract is only formed once the order is confirmed via email by BRANDEDOVERSTOCK.COM.
    3. Force Majeure: In cases of natural disaster, war, pandemic, cyberattack, supply chain disruptions or government restrictions, we reserve the right to delay or suspend service without liability.
    4. Intellectual Property: All logos, trademarks, images, and written content are property of BRANDEDOVERSTOCK.COM or its partners and may not be reused without written consent.
    5. Account Security: Customers are responsible for the confidentiality of their account information. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
    6. Jurisdiction and Language: In case of dispute, the Turkish version of this text shall prevail. Legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Berlin, Germany.
    7. Official Communication: All official notifications must be directed to [email protected]. Phone calls are for informational purposes only and not legally binding.
    8. Invoicing: Invoices are issued electronically after payment confirmation. Physical copies can be provided upon request.
    9. Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to cancel orders and restrict access to our platform in cases of fraud, repeated non-payment, or abusive behavior.
