Payment Terms & Insurance Policy

We offer various payment methods to accommodate our B2B customers, including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Due to the high value of our products and the nature of bulk shipments, every payment collected—just like every package dispatched—is insured.

In accordance with our insurance provider’s requirements, all new customers must complete their first €10,000 in purchases via Bank Transfer. Once this threshold has been reached, alternative payment methods may be activated upon request.

If you have placed orders totaling €10,000 or more within the past 180 days, you may contact our customer support team to request the activation of additional payment methods.
